This is a collection of images sized for use on the Apple Titanium Powerbook line of laptops. The full screen resolution of the Powerbook is 1152x768 and so the images are at that size so as not to require stretching or cropping when placed on the desktop.
To capture the images, go to the large view of the image. Either hold down the mouse button (most browsers) or Ctrl-Click the mouse button (IE) on the image and select "save image as" or "download image" or some similar option. Save the image on your hard disk.
To set your desktop picture:
On Mac OS X: Go to System Preferences: Desktop
On Max OS 9: Go to Control Panels: Appearance: Desktop; Click on "Remove Picture" then "Place Picture"

On Mac OS X I use SwitchPic to manage desktop libraries.
Most all of these photo were taken with a Nikon Coolpix 800.
